1. Social Media in the classroom: SM is playing a major role in today's schools. Facebook and other SM are rapidly invading our schools. Tech. integration is going to be necessary in order to keep US students current and competitive. Blogspot and Facebook can be used to incorporate SM into classrooms. It has been an uphill battle trying to convince "old school" teachers and administrators that SM is a positive thing. Social Media use in the classroom can be a controversial topic. However, with a few restraints and careful teacher overview SM can be an amazing new tool for educators.
2. Two great teacher resources are Blogspot (i'm using now!)...and google rss. Both are run through google and can be found on Google's site.
